Dale Simpson
FAICD, FIOD (Life), FGIA, Non-Executive Director, Director Career Development
Dale is a Fellow with both the AICD, GIA and a Fellow for life with the IOD. He holds a Masters degree in Career Management and Coaching  and has various studies in a range of disciplines from Politics to psychology. He is the Managing Director of a management consultancy firm specialising in performance, leadership and career management.
Dale has worked in the Human Resource Management and Development field for more than 35 years and has delivered career and leadership programs in Australia, India, Singapore and Malaysia at both Graduate and Executive level. His passion is centred on the career journey of company directors and how they take up their role to effect the best outcomes for the organisations they serve.
Dale is currently a Director with Universal Village (fair-trade). Dale has also been Chairman of Crisis Support Service Inc, (Suicide Help-Line Victoria & Mensline Australia), Deputy Chair of Norwood (psychiatric services), and a Director of the Men’s Health Alliance representing CSS.

Simon Rumore has over 12 years’ experience in board and governance advisory work, including the design and delivery of governance education programs such as director and officer duties.

He is the Managing Director and Co-founder of Peakstone Global, a global governance advisory firm operating across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.

Simon’s board experience includes roles as Deputy Chair of Open Minds Australia and Amnesty International Australia. He has chaired committees responsible for governance, nominations, remuneration, safety and membership engagement. He is currently the independent Chair of the Governance, Nominations & Remuneration Committee of Settlement Services International (SSI) and a member of the International Corporate Governance Network's Human Capital Committee.

Simon’s management career started as a recruitment consultant in Belfast before progressing to be an organisational development consultant, HSEC executive and interim executive supporting publicly listed, government and not for profit organisations.Â

He is a certified coach and mentor focusing on working with non-executive directors.

Neelesh brings experience spans mergers and acquisitions; investments; capital raisings; corporate restructuring; finance; governance and treasury management.
As a senior executive in dominant (top 10) broking house in India, Neelesh managed investments on behalf of many of India’s ultra-high net worth individuals and corporate houses. He also helped establish more transparent and robust governance and operating procedures.
Since moving to Australia in 2004, Neelesh has been Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director of a number of organisations where he has continued to provide strategic and financial advice and manage corporate investments across various markets.

With over twenty-five years of demonstrated cross-cultural and international business leadership, Mark has experience working in Fortune 100 corporate and start-up-venture capital backed environments to drive growth, transformation, innovation and develop new markets.Â
Mark has driven cultural and digital transformation within complex multi-billion organisations by combining internal innovation, external innovation and venture capital activities within the same program.Â
More recently Mark developed the Global Advisory Program – a selective and individually customised accelerator program that connects market ready startups with global advisors through an engaged and actively managed Advisory Board.

Andrew Donovan

Andrew is widely recognised as a thought leader on board performance and corporate governance in Australia and Internationally.
The author of the Thoughtpost Four Functions of Directorship, Andrew was a senior facilitator and contributor to the development of directorship theory with the Australian Institute of Company Directors for more than a decade.
He is a Fellow of the AICD, a graduate of the Company Directors Course (Order of Merit) with a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.

In his tenure as CFO and General Manager of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Brad’s passion for strong governance saw him involved in cultural change initiatives, development and implementation of strategy, IT transformations – always with an unwavering commitment to the best outcomes for his teams and customers.
It was here that he was inspired to develop a new, customer-centred model of governance education that would open the doors and make good governance accessible to all.
Carmen Izurieta
Carmen is a senior executive with over 20 years experience gained across leadership roles in Not for Profit, Professional Membership Organisations, Peak Body and University sectors.
In particular, Carmen has deep experience in corporate governance having spent 13 years in various senior roles at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In 2017, Carmen Co-Founded the Global Governance Initiative, a governance advisory and consulting organisation focused on making governance information, education and tools accessible to all.
Carmen’s most recent roles include Chief Operating Officer at Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), Australia's largest autism specific service provider with one of the biggest autism school programs in the world, Executive Director at Aged & Community Services Australia and General Manager Corporate Services Australian Dental Association. Carmen is currently the CEO at North West Disability Services and is also a member of the Catholic Care Diocese of Broken Bay Advisory Council.
