Why we created OnCommittee
Many of our community members have told us that the biggest barrier to securing a governance role is experience. You can complete the training, build your skills, and even secure credentials – but when it comes time to apply for a board role, the first question asked is: “What governance experience do you have?”
That’s where OnCommittee comes in. We built this program to remove that barrier and give you the opportunity to translate learning into lived experience – with structured support to ensure you succeed.
