 This is more than a course. On Committee combines;

• Placement into a live Committee or Advisory Board role
• Coaching and support from from experienced governance leaders
• Practical learning you can put on your resume and apply immediately.

Your success depends on the effort and commitment you bring.  We'll guide and support you, but you need to be ready to do the work that builds your boardroom future.

• Understand that OnCommittee provides real placements and coaching, not guaranteed paid board positions

• Invest the time to prepare, participate fully, and contribute meaningfully to your placement

The purpose of the first call is to confirm fit – for you and for us. We want to ensure:

• OnCommittee aligns with your goals and aspirations

• You’ll gain real value from the program

• You’re ready to bring value to the committees or advisory boards you join

Our conversations are focused, practical, and respectful. Please review our materials beforehand so we can use the time to dive into your specific questions.

Next steps

At the end of the call, if we both see strong alignment, you’ll be invited to join the program.
