OnCommittee is designed to give aspiring directors the real-world experience, coaching, and support they need to become board-ready. We place you in a live Committee or Advisory Board role - but your success will ultimately depend on the effort and commitment you bring to the process. We support you, but you must be ready to do the work yourself.

Before connecting with our team, please make sure you:

• Are genuinely committed to pursuing a governance pathway and future board career

• Understand that OnCommittee provides real placements and coaching support, not guaranteed paid board positions

• Are willing to invest the time to prepare, participate fully, and contribute meaningfully to your placement

The purpose of our initial conversation is to ensure there is a strong fit between your aspirations and what OnCommittee delivers. This is as much about helping you decide if this is the right step for you, as it is for us to confirm that we can create real value for you and that you’ll bring value to the committees or advisory boards you serve.

We take your time seriously - and ours too. Conversations will be focused, practical, and respectful. Please come prepared with clear questions, as we will not re-cover content that is already explained in our materials.

At the end of the call, if we both feel there’s a strong alignment, you’ll be offered the opportunity to join the program. Places are limited, so to secure your spot, we’ll ask you to confirm within 48 hours. If it’s not the right fit - now or in the future - that’s perfectly fine.
